ShopJeremiah.com wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs. ShopJeremiah.com does not refund shipping and handling costs.
Items must be in their original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and/or individual packaging). The packing slip must be included. We do not accept returns or exchanges on JEREMIAH products purchased or received from any location other than ShopJeremiah.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
Postage for any exchange or return is the customer’s responsibility and we will cover the shipping back to you for any exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock a refund will automatically be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

For damaged packages please call UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS to file a damage claim. They will send us the claim information in about 7-10 days. Once the claim information is received we will send you a replacement or refund.
